CHOICE OF PAINT
We, Best Choice Paint Co ., have accounts with all major paint companies such as Dunn Edwards, Sherwin Williams, Frazee, Vista, ICI Sinclair and Vista paint. We will only use the paint that you request.
PAYMENT SCHEDULEC
We, Best Choice Paint Co ., require the payment within 15 to 30 days upon completion of the work.
EXTERIOR PAINTING
We have special crews for painting exterior of property, also estimate is free.

- Clean all light fixture and light globes free of dust and bugs. (Both inside and outside)
- Sweep both front and back patio free of trash and dust build up.
- Wipe the front door dust and smudge free.
- Clean window tracks and sills free of dust build up.
- Wipe all windows and patio sliding door free of fingerprints and dust.
- Clean and dust gas water heater room free of dust, cobweb and debris.
- Clean and shine all chrome and stainless steel smudge free.
- Clean all air registers and vents free of dust.
- Clean and dust all screen doors free of dust build up.
- Dish washer cleaned and silverwares basket in place.
- Kitchen sink and counter cleaned and chrome faucets polished.
- All cabinets, shelves and drawers cleaned free of dust particles and debris.
- Toilet cleaned inside and outside.Sink, tub, shower stall and shower sliding door cleaned and free of soap scum.
